At the least I need to lose 90lbs. I'd really like to lose 110. I'm starting over again this week. I've done great in the past losing 10lbs here, then 15... but always get side tracked and just dont stay on top of my foods and portions.. Friend request sent :)

I know what you mean. And the only stairs in my office are 7 stairs to go to the rest room. So everytime I go to the rest room I do 15-20 wall push ups and do 10-15 squats. Some days I only go to the restroom twice, sometimes I'm drinking lots of water and I make 5 trips. Haha. I also stretch sitting in my seat twice a day…

I did great from January to April with not drinking or only having 2 beers tops. Now, Mon-Friday I eat great and workout. But once Friday night hits, its party time til Sunday. I have not gained anything, but havent lost anything either. Its actually getting pretty tiring bc summer is almost over and I'm still where I was…

Count me in! I'm usually good during the week.. But then my weekends I am wasted from Friday night even some day drinking on Sundays. But I have been thinking that I seriously need to do this. And an added bonus, save a little money. Lol. We got this!! :)
