  • Started Beta yesterday. I looked at the timer and saw 12.53 minutes left & thought I WILL NEVER MAKE IT! Then I just FOCUSED and the next time I looked there was only 3 minutes left :) Just push play ppl. You can do it :wink: Staturday results: lost total of 8 pounds and 5.5 inches:love:

  • Does anyone know of an alternative to V sit? I had back labor with my 2nd child and just cannot stand the pressure this puts on my lower back. Love the other work outs though :)
  • Last night I "nailed" the cardio~!!! Woo whooo !! I was so excited. I think I need to add some treadmill minutes; just doesn't seem 25 minutes is enough for me. Too much excess energy from T25 :) Today is the last day of week two & I'm loving it!! Hubby started with me and he is doing well keeping up with Tonya
  • You don't have to go fast. You just have to GO. or Wow. I really regret that workout... said no one ever or I don't workout because I hate my body... I workout because I love it. or (my personal fav) No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch. Also have you heard "sweat is fat crying" ?
