My daily MFP goal is 1610, my TDEE is 1850. So that is a deficit of 200 daily, and if I go over one day, I try and zig-zag and stay way under the next. I found coconut powder at my local whole food store. The brand is Bob's Red Mill. It was kind of expensive, but you only use 4 tbs in the recipe so it should last a while.

I have the FT7, and I did my weekly Zumba class last night and burned 722. I'm 5'5" and currently weigh around 163. I normally average between 500-700 a class (which is 1.15 hours).
