I eat bananas almost every day, they are a low GI food, which means they will not raise your blood sugar levels sharply and then drop leaving you hungry again. Just my .02 :smile:

I wear a HRM, and do Zumba for 1 hour and burn approx 800 calories. It's intense. I guess it just depends on how far from your goal you are, and how hard you work at it. Some people don't put their all into a workout and some people give 110%

I just suggest if you are having a hard time eating back calories you burn (It's hard to eat more when you're now used to eating less) eat things that are more dense in calories.
