I've found some non-dairy yogurt at Whole Foods & Sprouts, I add a few tbs of protein powder because they usually don't have very much at all. On most weekends Whole Foods have samples in their vitamin/beauty section. I use the Amazing Grass Meal powder in my smoothies & I really like it.

Can't wait! This year will be the 1st that I won't think that game-watching-calories don't count. Planning on being the one that brings the healthy dishes or eating before we head to the sports bar. Beer is still a weakness though....
