Thanks for all of the inspiration and positive comments! I will be posting my 6 month progress pics around the 1st of september. I plan to be 75 lbs down by then! I took a picture last week with some girls who are size 0 and size 2 and I looked really good! Maybe I'll post that one somewhere.

I'm 5' 4" and currently at 249 lbs. It is rather large for my height, but I started at 315! My goal is 139, but I may change it when I get there. I like seeing that 139 is a reasonable weight for a person who is 5'4"! Thanks ladies!

low cal protein shakes and protein bars. Syntrax Nectar is really good! Protein keeps me full.....plus I'm not a really big meat eater! I have an open diary, if you want to take a look. I'm not saying I'm anywhere near perfect, but it works and I rarely go over on cals.

I'm 5'4" too. I have done the calculations for a healthy BMI for our size. Since healthy BMI is 18-25, our healthy weights are 105 lbs to 145 lbs. 40DD here! Mine are "surgically enhanced", but I am worried about losing so much (I have 168 lbs to lose) that I have to get a surgical revision. No loss in cup size yet, but my band went from being TIGHT on the last clasp to being slightly loose on the tightest clasp.

My Plateau is BUSTED! I lost 4 lbs! My body was probably hanging on to it because of my kicked up exercise lately. It probably wasn't even a plateau, but it was a bit discouraging. Thank you all for helping me get through it!

I'm 5'4" with 168 lbs to lose total! I'm down 47, but plateauing because of my kicked up wourkout regime! I am banded, but the principals are the same. Consume 1200 cals daily and workout 30 mins (I try for 45-60) 4-5 times per week!
