Hi I've lifted weights before for like 2 weeks and then quit. Now I'm in this wonderful gym and love going. Only one thing wrong with it. It's so intimidating to use the free weights. It's a dude's area. It's bad enough they stare when people walk by. I really want to start using them though. Any suggestions?

My lower gut is shrinking :) Any ideas about toning the skin up? I'm not losing fast but that part has always hanged. Disgusting I know but its real. Just keeping it real, ~ Megan PS: I want to lose my under arm hang and side boobs too any ideas?
