I suggest tracking, weighing and measuring. Sodium is huge and you will retain water. When you start writing it down you will see where you get hung up, and it could be something so simple you just didn't notice. Also, take your measurements, muscle weighs more then fat :)

I had to get rid of my scale, I became obsessive. Now its 8 am Saturday mornings at my friends house. We do our measurements as well and keep a little book so we can really keep track :)

I would love a buddy. I am getting married in 3 months, and 5'3 and have over 100 lbs to lose. Though not in 3 months. I am doing zumba, tabata ( an interval training system) and piyo (mix of Pilates and yoga) to hopelly drop 2-3lbs a week and lose approx. 6" across my back so my dress fits nice :) Feel free to add me :)
