Try weighing yourself once a week. Weighing daily can be good, but at the same horrifying. Our weight naturally fluctuates. Make sure you are also weighing at the same time everyday. If you do it before breakfast and naked one day, then after lunch in your daily clothes the next, you are going to see a difference.

I am sure this has been said on here, but I have to reiterate: ANYTHING DOCTOR OZ SAYS!!!! Everytime I turn around there is another dr oz thing or he says that berry will make you shed 20lb while you sleep. COMMON!!!!! If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGGGG Rant over :) (for now!)

This thread is awesome. To be honest, I am petrified of what my face will look like. I don't think I have ever had a thin face. But everyone looks so great, it makes me excited to keep losing weight just so I can see the difference :)

I agree. You are worth more then your scale, and what HE thinks you should weigh. Do what makes YOU happy. Life is hard, and full of hard choices. Sit back and do some soul searching, some writing always helps me. But if my fiancé put off our wedding due to my weight, I would leave him in a minute, because he wouldn't love…

I have the scosche arm band and it tells me how many calories I have burnt, and I would try to log what you eat. If it were me, I would go off for those 3 days, and not come back for 3 months. Keep track, you will be happy in the end that you did :)

You need to eat over 1000 cals a day for your body not to go into starvation mode, which means everything you eat, it is storing because it doesn't know when it will get the right amount of fuel again. Add another 200-300 cals into your diet, and I am sure you will see a loss :)

i am burning around 1000 extra calories 3x a week. By the end of the week I was REALLY hungry. I am trying eating back some of my calories or else (for example) I would have technically only taken in 43 calories LOL. So For me, It works, I am not hungry, I don't binge anymore, and I still am losing :)

I suggest doing it!! There are so many different levels of people. I am a very new beginner, and I have a friend who has done it 3 years in a row, she says you can go at your own pace, and you will feel amazing at the end!!! I can't WAIT for Warrior Dash!!!!

Thank you everyone for your replys, They really help. I have heard so many different opinions on eating vs not eating your exercise calories. Mine are quite high, and one day I think it said I had a whooping 450 cals for the day. WHAT? So I will try eating half my calories back and see if that helps :) Thank you so much…
