I'm 5'3" and currently at 187.4lb, Started 1/6/14 @ 210 pounds.....my current goal is 140lb however as I get closer to that mark I will re-evaluate where I want to be. Mainly my goal is to be healthy and confident again.....with a bonus of looking awesome on the beach in Hawaii come December.
In the last 2 months I have lost 23lb just by eating healthy and exercising. T25, walking/jogging and good long hikes have been what seem to work best.
Right now my husband and I are working on turning our garage into a home gym with an elliptical, stationary bike and weights to kick it up a little (plus give us options when the weather sucks)0 -

I'm 5 ft 2.5 inches (half inches count!)
My starting weight was 258lbs and goal is 150. I know at my height it's still considered overweight but future christel will deal with that.
Currently at 237 since starting this Jan 1 of this year! =D0 -

I am 5'3" and I am ashamed to say that I started off in April at 227lbs. However, I am proud to say that I am now down to 197lbs and I'm still going. I've accomplished this by bootcamp 3-4x per week and eating PPW meals (protein, produce, and water). My (first) goal is 175lbs. When I get there, I'll re-evaluate what my next goal should be.
I am also 5'3 and I stared at 223 in August. Today I am at 192! LOADS of exercise...sometimes up to 12 hours a week at the gym. Lots of protein and trying to limit processed carbs as much as possible. I would like to be 140, where my am officially no longer overweight, and go from there.0 -
I'm 5'3, 20 y/o. My weight loss started in January 4th, at that time I was 188.27 pounds, today I'm 159.6! That's 28.6 pounds in 9 weeks. I try to do spinning 3-5 times a week for 60 minutes, I cut all the soda and candy stuff completely from my diet. I have been following the weight watchers program. I started to cook all my food, I rarely buy food outside but I have to admit I do eat at subway sometimes0

Hello there shorties!!
Last time I checked, I was 5'3 and I'm 32 y/o. My highest weight was at 182 long before I even had kids. I have fluctuated lately up into the 150's. When I started to get serious (again) about this healthy lifestyle, I weighed in at 148 and I'm currently hovering around 142. I can't wait to break into the 130's. My current goal is to devote the month of March to working on my relationship with food. Then I will slowly incorporate working out into my routine.
HW: 148
CW: 142
GW: 130 (although I'm sure that will change once I get there)

Small "noob" muscle gain, fat loss. Planning on keeping it up until I get a little leaner, but I am no longer gaining muscle mass. Now I am just maintaining the muscle I have and losing fat. I want to keep the same shape but be more toned.0 -
5'3" - highest weight was 192, I'm currently at 178
I was 113 after my first child was born, 19 years ago
After two more kids, I hadn't been under 160 in 13 years until two years ago when I made it (via MFP) down to 146 - that was the greatest time ever!
I gained it back due to lifestyle choices and priority mis-steps, but I'm back on track now. :-)0 -
WTG! All of you inspire me0

Since Jan 1 this year I've began a new lifestyle. I also drew up this awesome Numbers spreadsheet where I have a new sheet every month, record weight, steps, total weight and percent of my goal. I've also forgiven myself for the occasional beer and pie day or going out with work people. And I wake up the next morning to a healthy breakfast and get back on track
Height: 5ft 2.5 inches
SW: 258
CW: 234.5
GW: 150
I also made little goals for every 10 lbs (and 250) as I was 258. So far I've gotten a pair of earrings and a massage. In 4.5 lbs I'm treating myself to a shellac mani, and then at 230 I'm getting a foot tattoo! These have been really motivating and something to look forward to =D0 -
5' 3", 39 yrs. old.
SW: 143
CW: 119 (117 was lowest)
GW: originally, 123, then 115, now ?
Got down to 117 about two months ago, and decided to take a break from cutting. I want to improve my body composition, so I shifted to maintenance and added Starting Strength (gained 2 lbs almost instantly from restoring glycogen/water). Realized that Starting Strength adds weights too quickly in the later stages since I don't have access to fractional plates - failure and deloading is not enough to get me from a 50lb to a 55lb military press.
This week I've shifted to All Pro's beginner routine and am working on figuring out intake for a slow bulk. Eating 100-200 cals above calculated maintenance. Curious to see if I actually gain on that or not. Right now, I'm guessing I'll have to increase more, but I'm willing to take my time with it.0
