I'm having a similar situation, started doing the older VHS videos. All I can find for a log suggestion is - 20 minutes of Pilates. I have a feeling that it's a lot different for each video just wondering if anyone has any ideas...

Love it.... I have found my collection and will be using all the videos (vhs) . Does anyone still have the schedule or order in which to do the videos on what days ? Also, I'm not finding them lined up as options in the cardiovascular selection... just 20 minutes of Pilates???
