Daily. The scale is wifi linked to my desk top/ipad/phone so I have no excuses not to monitor. I can see where I missed goals and how it hurts my weight loss and vice versa so I find it motivational. Also it takes bmi & fat mass so I can allow for water gain/loss. that way I don't fret over little gains.

Have you tried cinching your waist with oblique moves? To increase fat loss, look into dhea which is supposed to help subcut abdominal fat in women...but it's a hormone so please read up on it. Also you can try cold thermogenesis (see Dr Kruse website) and adapting a ketogenic diet which burns fat well.

This is only anedoctal but I will have a spoonful of duck fat or pate with crackers when the cravings start. i know what you mean as far as not making any sense and changing all the time. you can make pecan meal and use that for breakfast with a ton of butter. I used it to subsituite oatmeal. I also love, love love cauliflower rice and making soups and sorbets in it
