IN. I have 10 more lbs to lose until my goal, I've been doing very well but reached a plateau...anyone else doing a yoga/Pilates workout schedule? Gyms are weaksauce.

I put myself on this diet and I didn't even know it was called a ketogenic diet until a couple months in...lol. Anyway, it totally worked for me. :D Still have 10 lbs to go, I've already lost 30.

I happened upon this and it's great info! I've recently lost 30 pounds on about 1200 calories (high protein, low carb) a day with just my normal cleaning/work routine.
