  • hmm i also have a polar loop so i was debating on getting a bluetooth sensor soon.. Yeah i knew that there was a garmin device or synced up to that..maybe i'll look up and see how much that is
  • wait really?? i have a polar ft4 I was under the impression in the post that the hrm even linked with the bm would throw off the reading..that it was far more accurate without..
  • ha i was going to message you! i plug mine into mfp..i had the hrm first before any other activity tracking device...i like getting that number of how hard i worked and putting it into mfp...i dont think that number gets transferred over to bodymedia though..unless i'm wrong? i do workout programs like right now i'm doing…
  • confused by the 1 calorie burned thing? I use my hrm for accurate burn in that time..i have been using it..since i started working out..and thats been before the bodymedia.. if i worked out on monday at 1am..i count it as sunday..because that is still a day for me..it could of been a rest day the previous day..and my burn…
  • ah i skimmed right over it ...yes i do have negative adjustments enabled..I have mine sent on sedentary..beings my job is mostly sitting all day ..define mornings..mornings for me is typically in the afternoon ....i dont sync till after I work out and plug in my food info on mfp

  • the one set of adjustable weights i was looking at (the 25lb) its only 12.5 per dumbbell... i guess from searching i'm afraid of getting this set..then two weeks later...it'll be like lifting a feather..i've already been doing band work from turbo fire..

  • honestly I dont really feel those..I did the very first time I tried either of the two workouts..but I think battling with the bands while doing the move..somehow the work gets lost..depending on what week you're on..i'm on week 15..and my schedule just incorporated upper and lower 20...those.do.hurt!!! holy sore…
  • agree!!! i had missed a workout this week...so i did both yesterday...even though i modified the last workout...i still burned over 800 calories between both workouts...and the simple fact that i was able to do BOTH in one day..
  • guess i'm not the only one who doesnt like the bands..lol...i keep trying..but its just uncomfortable and spend more time fighting then actually sculpting or toning...i keep meaning to try hand weights...but i keep pushing for the bands that one day i'll fall in love with it.. *not*
