  • Since I am a vegetarian and due to the calories in meats....I would say just stick to green vegetables...almost all of them have at least some iron: spinach, I think kale etc etc. Replacing a lot of the lettuce with spinach in a salad already should do a good part of the trick :) (I know that was an awful sentence) lol.

  • Well I think P90X is worth paying for...I wouldn't advise pirating. It really is the best I have seen so far. It is the realistic measure between eating, working out and time - about an hour a day (keeps the doctor away, right :) ) It really is to get started and to keep going. If you need change, mix it up with gym…
  • Well, I think eating less is the better option. It's easy to cheat yourself :)
  • Look no further: "P90X"...Guaranteed. It WILL get you wherever you wanna go. It's about an hour to an hour and a half a day.
  • Try vegetable burgers :) They are delicious alternative to regular meat...for example try the one at Subway ("Veggie pattie") That way you get more veggie taste but sorta just different. Or try gratins. They are always good filled with veggies. I also love veggie lasagna (replacing meat with all kinds of veggies.
