I always keep a package of Columbus brand turkey breast in the fridge or tuna in the pantry along with baby spinach. That is my "go-to" lunch salad if I have no leftoevers. I top it with EVOO and balsamic.

It all depends on what your goals are. Bottom line is calories in < calories burned for weight loss. If weight loss is your main goal, then it doesn't really matter how you get there.
