I love the feeling of hiking to find myself at the top of a mountain. I enjoy skateboarding with the radio playing. I enjoy swimming and being active. Doing situps? not so much. Its about finding ways to be active that you enjoy.

Moisturize your skin, drink lots of water and work on your pecks. I pretty much replaced my boobs with pecks and now they arn't saggy XD

I don't know. I usually have trouble making it past 1000 as i just dont have much of an appatite. I try to have 3 300 calorie meals a day plus snacks. Often the only way i make it past 1000 is if i eat a big breakfast as dinner makes me gag. A typical day might go for me 6-9 turkey sausages 1-2 eggs snack: celery lunch:…

honestly, about 1200 and i net around 400

I believe that the fuel you put in your body differs. I ate mostly sugar today, but i only ate 690 calories. So im probably not going to gain weight. If i ate 50 carbs or less i could have eaten 1200 and still lost weight. It depends on the type of food you put in.

Not sure about strictly, i eat a lot of fruit and veg because gluten free stuff is expensive. I got really really underweight last summer and i was unable to eat.
