Dana - tough with no sleep. Hang in there. Don't give up to tired temptation. I DID IT. I did 30 min with a exercise routine called FitStar and 30 min on Elliptical. I was very slow, stiff, burned out quickly. A always feel great after doing it. Plan on doing it tomorrow.
