Maybe you can stock your house with low cal high protein snacks? Or join a gym? Try to learn a language. Read a book series. Watch a tv show? Just find fun or productive or fun AND productive ways to occupy your time.

I'm at the beginning of my weight loss so this isn't from my experience but I think people generally tend to judge a person's weight loss based on the difference in how they looked and how they look now. If somebody weighed 145 and wanted to go to 135 they would probably receive support from family and friends as "its only…
