SAME. I love my FT4, it has never failed me. I wear it during ALL exercise, I find it really accurate for running and weight lifting, aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

I always keep home brewed iced, unsweetened green tea in the fridge- I mix my water 3 parts water with 1 part green tea :). Delish! I also just drink straight water though. I drink about a gallon a day. I LOVE hydration :).

I have worked out in some way for an hour a day for 36 days straight as of today! And I haven't eaten any cheese or butter for 5 whole days (trying to go all July with no cheese or butter). Woohoo! Keep up the good work, people! xoxo R

This is probably because they are VERY dangerous for him and he knows it. Literally. DO NOT give dogs grapes!!!!! My dog won't take them in his mouth either. I started going gray/white when I was 11 also. I died it through high school but gave up a few years ago. Now I'm 25 and about 20% gray and totally natural :). I wear Hanes brand Seamless classic bikinis :D. They are WONDERFUL, super super soft, and show no lines at all. AND you can get them at Walmart and Target for cheap!! Highly reccommended! ANd they're gaurenteed to NOT ride up :).
