Yep...I agree. When I first moved to a new city, I found a lot of good acquaintances (friends) through this website and finding a good church. I think it also depends on your personality. I'm in shape and it is still crazy tough! I'm on day 14 now. Day 15 starts tomorrow morning. Just keep pushing play! It will get better. I have 5 more days on level 2 and then I move onto level 3. Also I take a break after every 3 days so my muscle can repair.

Look up your tdee and bmr rate. You shouldn't eat under your bmr rate. 1200 calories is pretty low to eat. Try this as a starting tool...http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

You lost 30 pounds in 2 months? Your body is probably starving for food. I would say gradually increase your calories. I read that 250 calories is a good amount of calories to play around with to increase or decrease. Also try eating back some of your workout calories. Congrats on the weight loss!
