Hey! I have done Keto before but am wanting to get back into it after having a baby 2 moths ago. Hoping to do LC, maybe not true Keto (i am nursing) but can't wait to lose the last 13 lbs.

I like to do a Boost High Protein Chocolate shake in the blender with a banana and 4-5 ice cubes. Tastes almost like a Frosty and has tons of nutrients and only a few hundred calories. :)
