I weigh in every Monday as well, and seem to be following the same pattern you are...slightly cheating on the weekends and evening back out to about 1lb the following Monday.

I am 5'10 as well and currently 168. My heaviest has been 185 and my smallest has been 135 (when I was 18). My current goal is to get down to between 145-150.

A cup of tea helps me...and that's what I am about to make right now! Ugh...does anyone have 7pm pains. Those are the worst for me b/c I try to eat dinner by 5, and then at 7 I get stuck b/c I feel like I am hungry again...

I carry a picture of my motivation with me in my wallet and also stick it on my fridge. Everytime I look at it I think...now will I be able to fit into this, or get to this weight number, or whatever the "motivation" is if I eat this quarter pounder w cheese!??! Works like a charm :)
