If you look on Youtube there are lots of free workouts ( dont have links sorry) that can help kick start you into finding the type of workout that you would like to do. I know there a couple of JM 30ds on youtube as well as loads of calorie burning and yoga stuff. Hope that helps:smile:

Im starting it today and hope my will power ( and knees) will help me get all the way through. I am looking to improve fitness rather than lose weight as I need something to get me kick started and prepared as I would like to do T25 in a few months:) Wish me luck!
