I am in week 3 of Bodyshred. I started this after I finished Body Revolution and so far I love it! WO 1 & 2 were not too bad after BR but WO 3 & 4 are definitely harder. I really feel like I had a good workout after these even though I have to modify quite a few moves.

I'm a Jillian Michaels fan aswell. I recently finished Body Revolution and am currently doing Bodyshred which is seriously hard! I love both of them though.

I believe you are recommended to work out 5-6 days a week with this dvd and move on to the next level when you feel ready. I started this today and found it hard! It's going to take a while for me before I'm ready for level 2 I think!

Hi, I'm new to this site and started BR on Monday aswell. I'd like to join you in this topic for support :) So far, I'm aching all over and have gained a kilo...probably due to water retention because I feel and look bloated...even my eyelids are swollen! But I won't give up, in fact, I'm off to do today's cardio now :)
