Mash up some low fat feta cheese, finely cut spring onions and some garlic puree. Bake the salmon on its own, wrapped in foil for 15 mins, then take it out, top it with the feta mix and grill it for 5 mins. Serve with rice and salad

hi there, im glad some one asked this as i do body jam and have always wondered how much im burning. I log it as 450 as someone with a monitor was burning around that much and we're around the same size and level of fitness.
