So thankful to see this thread. Doctor wants me to lose 20 pounds by May and recommended Ideal Protein. 2 years ago I did Nutrisystem and lost 60 pounds in 6 months. Went from 310 to 250 and life was great. Then my mom got sick and eventually passed. Food was my comfort during that time. I eventually gained it all back.…
