Generally less than 1300mg a day. I don't add salt to anything as I don't like it.

- egg, unless it's scrambled or in an omelette with so much cheese it doesn't taste of egg any more which defeats the point - bananas, the smell alone makes me gag - any and all green leafy veg cooked. I am OK with it raw in most circumstances but cooked is just no - avocados, don't like the texture. Guacamole I'm OK with…

I'm not overly fussed if I go over by ~100 cals to be honest.

I wish it was worth cycling to my work. I live a two minute walk away, it'd take longer to actually get my bike out of the shed. It's really not much of a walkout working there either.

I am definitely an eat more. I know that if I totally deny myself a treat now and then I'd just end up bingeing massively so I'd rather eat one or two biscuits and work off the extra 100 calories, than eat like a whole pint of ice cream and be left with 1500 calories to somehow burn off.

It gets worse before it gets better! You're flushing out the toxins right now and when they reach your skin they form spots but when they've gone you'll have great skin.

How great do you look?!

I only have the treadmill and it only has speed settings, no incline. That's probably why I get so bored on it! I just don't find workouts on my own stimulating enough to want to keep up with them. When I get the chance to use the gym with my friends I find it much better as I have a competitive nature.

I'm on my feet four hours a day five days a week at work, shifting boxes, running around after customers, heading up and down stairs... retail is a hell of a work out in itself! Then I try and do 30 minutes walking about 4mph on the treadmill every day Two/three times a week I have roller derby training for two hours each…

Mm, you should have had the x-ray immediately. I recently sprained my ankle at roller derby training and because I am notorious for never bruising or swelling my mother didn't believe that I'd done any real damage until I forced her to take me to A&E at the next day where an x-ray revealed a torn ligament (yes, they do…

Pole dancing is a hell of a workout as well. You should see the abs on my old pole dance instructor. As for the bikini baristas, I can't see it taking off in the UK (we're far too repressed, what what) but eh, as long as no one co-erced the girls into doing it and they enjoy it, more power to 'em.

Yep. Mine have always been on the larger side (I literally went from being flat-chested to a C cup overnight during puberty, made school fun) and with weight fluctuations were an F cup at my largest (about three stone ago - 42lbs). They are currently sitting at a rather less than pert 32E so I look stupidly out of…

Once a week, or less. Of course you're not going to see much of a difference if you weigh in every single day, or more than once a day so waiting and seeing the collective weight loss over a week is much more satisfying

This. Let's face it, if you're going to completely cut out everything you enjoy, you're only going to be more likely to really mess up and eat an entire tub of Ben and Jerry's in one sitting because you're that desperate for sugar/fat/something that tastes ridiculously damn good. Yeah we could all sit and eat nothing but…

Nowhere near enough. If I get to sleep naturally, from when I fall asleep to when I wake up I usually get 10 hours. But I am an insomniac so quite often sit up all/most of the night. I'd estimate I usually get between 5-7 hours.

I find it hard because I do roller derby 2/3 times a week, for two hours a time. For those that don't know, simple roller skating can burn up to 600 calories an hour and roller derby is a HIIT workout, meaning it is possible to burn up to 1500 calories per training session dependant of course upon what we are working on.…
