Enjoying reading all your posts. I'm on Day 19 of P90X3, just finished CVM workout for today. Down a solid 5 pounds, very happy with results and 30 minute workouts. Used to do original P90X for years, really enjoying these new versions.

Do you exercise, or are you planning to exercise? I suggest P90 or P90X, even if you don't do it hard core like they do on the videos and just do what you can, or do other exercises while their doing harder things (like pull ups...) you will definitely see a difference all over your body. Its awesome!

I can't do it, there's just no way I can eat 1200 calories a day and lose weight. I eat til I'm full.
