I'm not feeling the new format either- testing it now. When on ebay or shops etc you can override mobile site for full site, really disappointed cannot access full site. Alot have lost posts seehe have a wonderful time tonight.

Very impresive, it is a good group - stating goals in the morning is helping keeping me on track. This is my goal, the weekends have not been good for me recently. Instead of Saturday night takeaway, I'm going to try cooking crispy baked chicken and sweet potato wedges (hopefully it will be nice and the family not race out and buy pizza anyway)

This morning I made some goals and I have stuck to them, feeling very positive. Food good just had homemade pork and apple. Water good Exercise 1 hour walk. Done the challenge but stayed with the same numbers, 20 and 30. It's still early and the boys are settled so I am going to do some yoga.

Vitamin e is in foods I like and regularly eat. I walked an hour. Water good (finally) And kept in cals, did homecooked baked chicken and sweet potatoes for dinner.

Struggling to get on in the evening so I am a day behind again. I did the challenge now on 20 and 30. Busy day so cheated with convenience foods.

Ok the weekend is difficult between sat night pizza, sunday lunch and running around after 2 special needs lads and water and exercise is very poor. Celebrate small successes, at sunday lunch pudding I only had an eighth instead of a quarter. 200 cals saved.
