There is just a hair nail vitamin you can take that will help. I hear fish oil is really good for the skin to. Make sure you get plenty of water.

I said the same thing OJ all over again. The jurors must have been sleep during half the trial cause that verdict is ridiculous.

I moved to L2 also and quit it is hard like someone else said I believe it is just the exercises. Tonight I am doing L1 maybe L2 to get my hour workout. Just think about the body afterwards.

I am on day 4 of the shred but it is kicking my butt like you said I am glad it is only 20 minutes long. My husband jokes me because I be sweating like I been in the gym for hours.

You can do it I do zumba also but its better for me in the classes. MFP will help you keep up with everything to. Good luck!!!!

I do but I want to lose 20lbs by the end of July I was doing good but somehow I have gained back 3lbs I eat right and exercise. I have only cheated one time was it worth it no because the fat will not leave.

I am on the 1200 calorie diet but it is not my last 10lbs. I wish you good luck on days you exercise it will free you up more calories remember that.
