  • 05:30- Breakfast (since I have to wake up early for school) 09:00- Snack time (in school) 12:15- Lunch 05:00-Dinner (home)
  • I know my question does not really relate to the topic but...can anyone please help me answer this: If I was to exercise, should I eat before I exercise, or after? What should I eat? And how many hours before or after I exercise? Thanks, reply is much appreciated :D
