Just finished workout #1. I had to modify about 1/2, but that's plenty of room to improve! Not real sure how to log the workout on here, so I logged it as Zumba.

My husband is really good at motivating me to work out and eat healthy. Misery loves company and all that. Our workouts have become quality time where we get together and shut the rest of the world out.

Starting the program today with my husband. I just ran through three weeks of Rush Fit after not really working out for YEARS. I think T25 is ambitious for me, but I'm giving it a shot.
