Well been doing the Walk away the pounds DVD (just the 18 minute 1 mile) for 7 days now and watching what I eat. I've gained .8lbs not a huge gain but a gain nonetheless. A bit discouraging when I think of all the times I was hungry and ignored it, I'm hoping its a muscle gain maybe but we'll see. I'm only measuring inches…

I started trying to lose weight April 2011 starting at 319 I lost around 30lbs but gained it all back. Feb. 2012 I started again lost 12lbs and found myself cheating A LOT! Today I'm weighing in at 310lbs and would love to lose 120lbs. Feel free to add me I can use all the help and motivation I can get.
