Done!

When you say your boyfriend "admitted" that you need to tone up, were you pressing him about it? I would indeed be pissed if my boyfriend gave unsolicited advice about my problem areas, but if I was pressing him about what he thought about my body and he finally "admitted" what he thought, I couldn't hold that against him!…

Just blend and freeze protein powder! http://www.leangains.com/2010/09/high-protein-recipes-and-jack3d-review.html

Great work! I especially love the pic with your young one - SO CUTE!
-
Chicken breast - less sodium than veggie burger. And more delicious!

Luckily 2,500 cals is probably close to your maintenance (probably slightly over), so just chalk it up as a "neutral" day! Remember that you would have to eat 3,500 cals IN ADDITION to what you've eated today to gain a pound! Don't stress, and get back on the horse tomorrow!
-
That's so great! Congratulations!

Your BMR is just how many calories you need every day to lie in bed and sleep all day - the "maintenance level" which includes you walking around and living a sedentary lifestyle (or active, depending) is probably 300-500 calories above your BMR. Ask MFP to calculate how many calories you need to maintain your current…

The program says specifically not to skip ahead - if you feel it's too easy walk/run faster so that it's more difficult!
-
If you can, try to work out before work. I know that after a full day of work, it's really hard to drag myself to the gym. Congrats on your new job!
-
I'm doing the Cool Running "Couch 2 5 K" program and really like it - no experience with their 10K program yet, although I do plan on starting it once I finish their 5K program!
-
Lol. Nice bike though! And congrats on your success so far! I bike to lose weight, but you're right, you can't out-exercise bad eating habits, you need to exercise AND eat well!
-
How fast are you running? Maybe try slowing your pace down?
-
Google "Couch 2 5 K" and once you get that try "Bridge 2 10 K" and you'll be back to running 7 miles at a time in no time!
-
Log "Strength Training" under cardio and MFP will estimate how much you burned
-
I suggest you consult with a podiatrist...this doesn't sound like a good idea.
-
Congrats!

I'm 5'7" 189 lbs and can wear 12 dresses comfortably, but have to suck it in for pants (I have a big booty) :)

If you have lost 26 pounds already, chances are your calorie intake needed to be adjusted anyway. As you get closer to your goal, you generally need to increase your calories to lose at a slightly lower rate, since your body will want to hang onto those last few pounds even MORE than it did the first 26! And you're right -…

#winning!

If you gained 2.5 lbs it's probably water weight - drink 8-10 glasses a day for the next several days and watch 3.5 lbs magically disappear from the scale! Congratulations on your loss!

If you already have a bicycle, you could buy an indoor trainer to turn it into a stationary bike. See this one on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Bell-Motivator-Indoor-Bicycle-Trainer/dp/B000AAYBWS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1315495522&sr=8-1 You may also be able to find one on Craigslist for half the price, good luck!

I'm interested in this too, and finishing weights! I'm in week 4, and I started at 193. I'm currently 189.

Boil and shred chicken, mix with greek yogurt, ranch dressing mix (dry) and buffalo hot sauce. Add low fat cream cheese if you must :)
-
If you're looking for positive reviews on the book, Amazon readers gave it very mixed reviews...apparently it promotes an eating plan of 800 cals/day...pretty low if you ask me.
-
Chicken gyros! Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic and sautee in olive oil. Mix greek yogurt with dill weed and some lemon juice. Assemble with pitas, chicken, greek yogurt mix, feta, tomatoes and onions! One of my faves!
-
Go work out instead! Then, if you're still hungry or craving, you can treat yourself as long as it's within the limits of whatever you burned!
-
Lol, does anyone else appreciate how badly Chris LaLanne is cropped/photoshopped in his bio pic? http://thepaleodiet.com/about/

You look great! Congrats!

That's awesome! And 85 pounds lost?! WOW!
