• I LOVE apples and peanut butter...so YUMMY! And a good filling snack.
• Best. Answer. Ever.
• I do the same. And then you only have to scan/enter everything once because the next time you make it, its already saved in there. Soup is a pain for me because I have to count the number of ladles (or cups) to determine the serving size but once I make it one time I don't have to worry about it anymore.
• I'm starting Monday too! I've had the DVD for years and have used it but never for the full 30 days. My plan is to go all 30 days this time. I'm going to print a calendar to hang on my fridge. And after I complete it I might move on to one of her other videos.
• I think the point that is being made is to stop eating so much of the processed and "fast" foods. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich made on whole wheat bread is far better for you (not to mention more satisfying) than a package of pop tarts. And its still portable to take to school. You are right it IS about making small…
• Google "runs for cookies recipes" and check out the page. Her recipes are SOOO good...she also has a blog that is worth reading. She has quite a few protein shake/smoothie recipes that are YUMMY! She adds a little pudding mix to hers to make them taste better. I've tried just about every one on her list and love them all.
• AGREED! He's paid for every product he "recommends". Guess I'm an *kitten* too.
• This post had me at "beer and ice cream"...then I read Guiness and Rocky Road...holy *kitten* now I want one!!
• No way in hell...just looking at it is making me sick to my stomach!
• Try making extra dinner and take leftovers for lunch the next day. Still easy to grab and much, much better for you than the frozen meals. I brown-bag pretty much every day and its always what I had the night before at dinner. Just a suggestion so that you don't have to eat the processed food every day for lunch.
• Ditto what everyone else says. You can make a much heathlier Egg McMuffin at home. And I would replace the Lean Cuisine as well. I only eat them occasionally mainly because they are LOADED with sodium. Plus they don't fill me up at all...I always end up thinking "that was a serving?? I need two more just to feel full".…
•
300 calories is nice until you have to eat 4 of them to feel full!
I was thinking the same thing! One does nothing for me. So I just steer clear of them. Every once in a while I get one of the pizzas but I still have that WITH something else.
• Are you kidding?? That's a HUGE accomplishment! You should be thrilled!! Way to go!
• Totally trying this as soon as I get my PB2 in...d@mn you Amazon for taking so long!! I'm not a fan of nutella but I will gladly melt milk and dark chocolate chips over the "egg"...YUM!
• Me too...lived here my whole life. Hey I know you! You're Amber's Will! OMG and I just found her from your profile! I had NO idea you guys were on here! That's awesome!
• Saw a clip when he was on Ellen...he is sooooo HOT!
• Just read this book over the weekend...started it on Saturday afternoon and finished it up last night. I seriously could NOT put it down! Probably going to try and see the movie next week. Can't freaking wait!!!!
• I have the same one. I LOVE it. I bought it from heartmonitorsusa.com and it was $75 and included free shipping. If I were you I would definitely invest in one with a chest strap. Polar is a great brand!
• I agree. I could care less if someone has their diary locked but when they post a thread wanting advice on why what they're doing isn't working or pointers on what they should or shouldn't be eating its very difficult to try and help them if its locked.

• FANTASTIC!!! And LOVE the jersey in the "before" pic...GO GAMECOCKS!
• Second this......its worn under your shirts and I HIGHLY recommend buying one with a strap as opposed to one without...they're way more accurate!
• Don't give up! You didn't put the weight on overnight so you can't expect it to come off overnight. Remember that it takes 4 weeks for you to notice a difference, 8 weeks for your friends and family to notice a difference, and 12 weeks for everyone else. I only weigh once a week...the same day and same time. And I measure…
• My daughter has never done anything like this in public but sometimes she wants me to take a bath with her and one night, about 2 years ago, we were in the tub having a great time and I was ready to be out. The water was still warm for her but getting cold for me so I stood up to get out and she said "so thats why the…
• Nothing. I still eat the foods that I love I just eat less of them. I've done that before where I've had my list of "NO" foods and I was never able to lose weight and keep it off. So now I prefer to look at this as a lifestyle change instead of a diet and if I want to eat a chocolate-chip-cookie, I eat one. I'm certainly…
• HOME...no way in hell would I weigh in public unless I am at the Doctor.
• I make overnight oats. They're REALLY yummy! 1/2 c. oats 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp. honey 1 tsp. cocoa powder 1 Tbsp peanut butter (I use PB2) Mix it all up at night and stick it in the fridge. I pull mine out about 10 minutes before I want to start eating it to warm it up to room temp a bit and just eat them…
• I weigh in once a week. Every Tuesday morning. I personally couldn't weigh in every day.
• I agree...your birthday comes once a year. Indulge in a small slice!
• I haven't had mine split and break like that but I have had them turn black and fall off. I think it was from the friction of running and my toes rubbing up against the top of my tennis shoes. I recently bought new shoes and haven't had it happen since. Maybe the shoes you're wearing don't fit quite right.
• Couldn't agree more!! Sometimes I watch him while running at the gym. I find that the anger I feel listening to his ridiculous advice just fuels my run that much more! I can't stand him! :grumble:
