I won't give anything up that I love. I'm a firm believer in "everything in moderation"...besides my friends and family wouldn't want me to...I'd be such a raging b*tch that they'd probably want to stab me in the throat and watch me slowly bleed to death. Yeah I'm that bad.

My dad does this! Mine is chocolate with popcorn. Dark chocolate preferably. Really dark chocolate goes with anything!

Mine is open!

^^^^This^^^^ For that same 400 calories you can have a much more filling meal. I usually have a salad with some grilled chicken on top for dinner and lunch at least once a week. I do add cheese, bacon pieces, and croutons but my entire meal is 439 calories and it is a BIG salad. Or make a chicken and veggie stir fry. Just…

Yep. I was going to take a peek to give you some pointers.

You can't expect to never drink or eat pizza again. So allow yourself to slip-up now and then get back to it the next day. It was a long time before I truly believed this but now that I do, I don't let ANY kind of binging deter me. I just start fresh the next day and keep moving forward. :flowerforyou:

You look fantastic! Way to go!!!

Sounds delicious! Def trying this recipe! :) Thanks!

I'm not a "seasoned user" by any means...in fact I just got mine and have only used it once. Its a Polar and was $75 US Dollars and shipping was free. It came with a chest strap and I do think that having that makes it more accurate. I always see people on here say "you get what you pay for" and thats true. The first one I…

OMG ~ I love this one...especially when George asks Elaine "Where's my Christmas card...everybody else got a Christmas card but me". "You want your Christmas card...here's your Christmas card!!" as she's shoving his face in her chest! Hilarious!

My favorite was the episode that took place in the Chinese restaurant. They waited and waited and waited and finally when they leave… “Seinfeld – four” I L-O-V-E that show!!!!!

I put it in my protein shakes and my oatmeal. I also spread it on apple slices. YUM!!
-
Thats a wonderful NSV!!! Crossing my fingers for you! :flowerforyou:

I don't. I hate that stuff. Maybe mixed in with other things it would be OK. I've seen some recipes for protein shakes that use cottage cheese in them.

Beautiful hair!!! :) And love the front porch pic!

Sounds YUMMY!!!!!

Ditto...I'm having this tomorrow morning before I head to the gym...inexpensive, quick, filling, & tasty!
-
OK that settles it...I am SOOOO getting one of these!
-
I couldn't agree more! It hurts like hell...and to me sooo not worth it.
-
I saw them too...so glad I'm not the only one that was staring that hard at his chest! LMAO! He is H-O-T!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't worry about a day or two off track here and there. The main thing I do is look at is as an isolated incident and start fresh the next day. If you don't want to get too off track, eat a small salad before you leave home. Or an apple. Something healthy that will help fill you up so you'll eat less there.

GREAT progress!!! Keep up the good work!

Same here...I set mini-goals but never give myself a deadline. I think for me personally it would stress me out too much if I did. I like to think of this as a lifestyle change so I'm OK with it taking a little longer for me to reach my goals...doesn't mean I won't get there, it just might take me a bit longer than I'd…

^^^^THIS^^^^ Stop weighing so much. Pick a day and weigh the same time every week. I always do Tuesday morning as soon as I wake up. And forget about the scale the other 6 days. And understand that your weight will fluctuate. Saying you don't want to hear that doesn't make it untrue.

Mine is a tie between my eyes and hair.

Mine is too long to list...lol...but I like a good variety. Everything from Eminem to AC/DC. And Fort Minor is a fav...LOVE them. Pretty much anything with a good beat that I can run to will suffice.

Every day. I would be such a b*tch if I didn't. MFP had me on 1200 a day and I was STARVING. So I upped my calories. It works better that way for me...but everyone is different so you just have to play around with your calorie intake and see what works best for you.

Agreed. You can still enjoy the pizza...and the pancakes too for that matter...just in moderation. Since you're eating before, I suggest eating a salad or a low-cal but filling soup. That way you can still enjoy the pizza and pancakes without feeling quilty. There is no way I could ever give up a food that I love for good.
