I'm totally ordering pizza!! Its just me and my daughters and one of them will likely be out with her boyfriend so for the other two that will be home, we're ordering a couple pizzas and picnicing on the living room floor while we watch TV. No romantic meal for me.

Nothing wrong with it as far as I can see. I personally wouldn't eat it everyday but I always have a "big" breakfast like this at least once or twice a week.

If I didn't eat past 6 I'd never eat dinner. I don't get off work until 5pm and if I go to the gym I don't get home until 7pm. There have been nights that I don't eat until 9pm. I don't think it really matters what time you eat but rather WHAT you eat. Just my opinion.

This is what I should have done! Instead I subjected myself to that horrible half-time show! I thought it was awful meanwhile all my friends on facebook were saying "Best Half-time Show Ever" or "Madonna Rocked"...I felt like I was in the twilight zone...clearly we weren't watching the same show!

Most buffets have a salad bar so make a healthy salad and eat that first. Then go back for the hot food. And if they don't have a salad bar eat one at home before you go. Look for soups as well...tomato or broth based are best and have a cup of soup before your "meal".

When I say processed I'm talking about the boxed "diet" meals. I eat them sometimes too...but I try to steer clear of them because of all the sodium. Not to mention the portion sizes are ridiculous. I can make something myself twice the size of those meals for less calories.

I agree...stop with the processed foods. I used to think that buying fresh foods was more expensive but its really not. I don't know where you get your Smart Ones from but they are anywhere from $2-$3 dollars a piece here where I buy them. This is why I only weigh once a week. The first thing I would do is stop weighing yourself so much. It KILLS me not to step on it every day but I fight that urge. And once I do weigh I will move it a bit and weight one more time just to make sure I am getting the same reading but after that I'm done. I step off and don't…
