I've been eating healthy and working out and have a trainer 3 days a week!

I've lost 28 in 2 months working out 6 days a week busting my *kitten* and eating healthy. My daughters birthday is august 20th. It's just one of my goals I set. It's completely doable with hard work

You just have to do it don't make it an option. Just like you have to go to work, you have to feed the kids and take care of them etc. Set aside a half hour and just do it. Same thing happened to me I was not eating enough and not drinking enough water I also would get bad headaches it all passed after I increased my water intake and food good luck
