Get outside and get some fresh air. It will improve your mood, give you some Vit. D and reenergize you. It works for me, especially after being stuck inside due to the large amount of bad weather we've had lately.

Land's End has workout clothes for petite sizes. I bought a pair of yoga pants and capris that fit great and are super comfortable.

I've only been using this site for a couple of weeks but am finding it extremely helpful and I'm seeing weight loss. The food lists are extensive and it's nice to see the nutrient counts as well. I'm not as hungry when I'm getting the right amount of calories and nutrients.

Most days as i go but if I've planned dinner early in the day then I add it. I'm more likely to stick with a healthier eating plan if I plan in advance.

Everyday but officially on Saturday. Saturday is my cheat day but I still work out to offset some of the cheating.
