What she said! My hubby is in the Army and is Afghanistan right now so I'm pretty sure that would be the advice.Also, work on push ups and traditional sit ups. this is all in the PT test. I bet you could look up the standards online for times, reps and also weight and body fat. Good luck!!! :smile:

I don't have them, but I'd bet they could crack tile (especially the heavy ones I'm sure that you use!) My parents have those interlocking rubber flooring tiles..probably expensive, but better than replacing tiles! :)

I'm right there with ya Scoobie (In a half marathon sot of way!) This summer 5 am was muggy and steamy and now 5am is DARK! We just can't win! so I really have to ask myself that question! :laugh: I guess because I've never considered myself a 'runner'..but now I guess I am! :happy:
