How does everyone track the calories for the 30 day shred video on here?

30 day shred? I am re-starting it to, but I think I am going to start this week. But we can still help to motivate! :)

I have the 30 day shred video and started it awhile ago but didn't finish. I am going to start it again todday I think and try to do the whole 30 days. How do you guys track this on the excercise piece?
