i really love my tialpia with bwon sugar and honey about a Tbsp of each and then a tsp of so of cayenne pepper. i love the mix of sweet and spicy. the brown sugar also crisps up when you broil the fish. :)

my suggestion is to take pomogranate juice and add a little to the water. it is so tart that you don't need much to flavor a lot of water and i'ts good for you. make your own decision on the aspartame idea i've heard things both ways. also be srue you aren't drinking too much water. 32oz is about right on a day you aren't…
