SaraRuth- I would hate you to leave. I like to see how close behind you my legs can keep me. Its like my own mini-challenge to myself. Aside from 4 miles- its my legs moving me. Decided to celebrate my day by taking it a little easy- no workout. I did get s couple nice walks in since it is so nice here today. 5 miles today

Nice morning for a workout + nice night for a long walk = 9 miles today. Since I made my goal for the month I decided to up my goal.

SarahRuth- that was quite the ride!!!!! Spent most my day in my garden so not a lot of waking. Did get 4 mies in though.

I love this link. I know I am only challenging myself but seeing how much other people move helps motivate that competitive side of me to keep on moving. I am exhausted today. I had an unexpected long walk home from work- got lucky and was only sprinkled on. I did add a treadmill walk. 12 miles todayl

I added a short bike ride today. To all my bike riding challenge friends- I have the utmost admiration for you- my *kitten* was killing me. Totaled 11.5 miles today.

After a stormy morning we had a beautiful night- great for a long walk. Todays total- 8 miles.

My goal is to move my *kitten* 125 miles this monh. I know am busier than last month so don't want to overdo it. 6 miles today to kick the month off.

Felt a little better so was able to do time on the treadmill and a step routin along with a couple long walks. Able to get 7 miles in today.

I agree, it is a great substitute for rice. You do need to rinse it. I also "brown" it a bit, just til they pop. I love the flavor! You can buy it in a box. I also buy it bulk at my local co-op.

Under the weather today so the only moving I did today was the walks back and forth to my car (currently I need to park a quarter mile away) So only 2 miles today.

6 miles today, 5 on the treadmill and 1 walking up and down my driveway a few times I was going to try to catch gehlerc but she is way too committed!!

Since I already met my goal I decided I needed to up it (is that ok?). Did 8 miles on the treadmill today.

I did 4 on the treadmill, 1 mile on my step and a 2 mile walk.

3.5 on the treadmill andd 3.5 between my step routine and a walk. for a total of 7!

Went out to dinner tonight (I checked the menu first so knew what I was ordering) So no treadmill tonight. Did go for a nice walk and did some step for a total of 4 miles.

Logged in another 5 miles today- some on the treadmill and the other just out for a walk.
