DailyBurn has some really excellent workouts for all ability levels and a big variety of videos- boxing, dance, kettlebell, yoga, pilates, HIIT. Its $10 a month but well worth it. The Beachbody TurboFire DVDs are also a great workout if you like kickboxing style workouts...great music too.

I use it and love it. Currently working through "Cardio Sculpt" but sometimes mix things up with other videos. I love that there are so many different levels and types of workouts as well as a series of 15 min videos for days where its tough to fit it in. The boxing ones are my fave!

Her recommendation was to eat as naturally as possible- whole grains, whole fruits and veggies (not juiced), lean protein, nuts and nut butters....and if…

Is there a microwave at work? I like to make veggie fritattas with frozen spinach, egg beaters, onions, peppers and feta and then bring a slice and heat it up at work. Also the South Beach Diet mini quiche cups are easy to make ahead and can be frozen and just warmed in a microwave.
