  • Chicken with Broccoli or Beef with Broccoli. Ask if you can get the sauce on the side and dip... you'll eat less that way. I did this a few weeks ago and it was very satisfying. But, whatever you do, DON'T weigh in the next morning. The sodium will tack on water weight and you'll probably go up a pound or two.

  • I definitely notice a drop in energy levels the week before, but during, it's really helpful to workout - helps cramps diminish.
