Go to exercises and pick strength training; then put in how many minutes you needed to complete the challenge. That will give you total number of calories burned. There is no specific dumbbell chest fly exercise in the database. Thanks!

I can only offer you hope...once you gain better endurance overall, the asthma attacks will get less and less. I HAD exercise-induced asthma for most of my life. Once I lost about 25 pounds and was exercising daily, the doctor said I no longer had asthma! I was on 3 different inhalors, singular, and an abueterol machine…

So Charger tried to challenge me to 500 + 100 for a total of 600. But I topped it and completed 700 total! And I promise everyone...no more abdominal work for awhile! My stomach HURTS! Great job everyone!!! You all really challenged your bodies--be proud!!!

I did 15 minutes of stretching! The second part of the challenge includes me starting to not "hide" anymore. I am more confident when I go out and I don't wear clothes that hide my body shape anymore. Great job everyone!!! Tomorrow we start kicking the fat again!!! Be ready cause tomorrow is a doozy!!!

I am 5'2" Weigh 163 and am in size 10's!!! Which is awesome considering I started out in VERY TIGHT size 16's! Next goal is single digits for jeans and to weigh less then my husband! :tongue:
