I am currently using Ideal Shape Meal Replacement shakes (Milk Chocolate) and I am happy with it. It is 110 calories mixed with water and 200 calories mixed with skim milk. It also has hunger blockers, low sugar, and high protein. I have only been doing it for 2 days now, but I am happy with it. Hope this helps.

I myself would recommend ideal shape meal replacement shakes. It is good in skim milk or water. With skim milk is about 200 calories and with water it is about 110 calories. Thank you guys! My husband and I have some friends doing the Body by Vi and are really wanting us to particpate. I am not sure what we will do, but right now I am counting calories!
