  • Hi! Good Luck with your 5k!! Since it is your first one...I would suggest not having a goal time, just a goal to finish! :) You can always do more and have goal times! Get a few runs before the race, if you can. Try your best and enjoy it!!
  • Hello, Like the others said...it is pretty hard to say without knowing your pace or how many rests you took. I would predict you swam at least a mile :) 60 minutes of swimming is definitely a workout! Great job!
