I'm sorry hon... I have severe anxiety and pretty bad depression. I set a small goal, like to exercise for at least 17 minutes that day. I try to stay healthier (it helps that my family is into healthy stuff), but if I'm craving chocolate and won't go over my calorie limit if I eat it, I'll have a little bit. I just need to have a majority of nutrients.

I haven't got any pictures, but this is what I ate: Breakfast: cereal Lunch: energy bar, soup, and an apple Dinner: dhal (lentils) and baked apples (????) Snack: Mexican chocolate ice cream. It was about 90 degrees....
